Yoshikazu Tanaka
Yoshikazu Tanaka founded GREE, Inc. (now GREE Holdings, Inc.) and was appointed as chief executive officer in December 2004. He was appointed as chairman and chief executive officer in September 2014 (current position). He was appointed head of the live entertainment business, and the anime, manga and merchandising business in October 2026 (current position). Prior to founding GREE, he worked at Sony Communication Network Corporation (now Sony Network Communications Inc.) and then joined Rakuten, Inc. (now Rakuten Group, Inc.) in February 2000. In February 2004, while at Rakuten, he developed the social network GREE in his spare time. In October 2004, he left Rakuten. He holds a bachelor's degree in law from Nihon University, graduated in 1999.

Sanku Shino
Sanku Shino joined GREE, Inc. (now GREE Holdings, Inc.) in November 2008 and has focused on strengthening developer relationships to support the GREE platform business, while also overseeing marketing and advertising. He was appointed as executive officer and head of marketing division in April 2011, to director in September 2013 (current position), to president and CEO of GREE Entertainment, Inc. in July 2021, and the officer in charge of new business development in July 2022 (current position). He was appointed as chief strategy officer in November 2023 (current position), and head of corporate division in July 2025 (current position). Prior to joining GREE, he worked at Hakuhodo Inc. where he was engaged in marketing and sales for mobile carriers and portal site companies. He holds a master's degree in science and technology from Keio University, graduated in 2000.

Masaki Fujimoto
Masaki Fujimoto joined GREE, Inc. (now GREE Holdings, Inc.) as director in June 2005. He was appointed as chief technology officer in August 2010 (current position), head of development division in October 2019 (current position), to president and CEO of GREE, Inc. in August 2024 (current position), and head of AI business in 2026 (current position). Prior to joining GREE, he worked at Astra the Studio, Inc. and then joined Tunebiz Co., Ltd. in January 2001. He has worked on open source projects such as PHP and other open source projects, including consulting on open source software systems. He holds a bachelor's degree in literature from Sophia University, graduated in 2001.

Takeshi Natsuno joined GREE, Inc. (now GREE Holdings, Inc.) as outside director in September 2009. He joined Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. in April 1988. In September 1997, he joined to NTT Mobile Communications Network, Inc. (now NTT Docomo, Inc.) and was appointed to executive director and general manager of multimedia service division in June 2005. In May 2008, he was appointed to guest professor at the Graduate School of Media and Governance at Keio University. In December 2008, he was appointed to director of DWANGO CO., Ltd. In October 2014, he was appointed director of Kadokawa Dwango Corporation (now Kadokawa Corporation). In February 2019, he was appointed to president of DWANGO(current position). In April 2020, he was appointed to director of Cyber Informatics Research Institute and guest professor, Kindai University (current position). In June 2021, he was appointed representative director and president of Kadokawa, and in June 2023, he was appointed member of the board and chief executive officer (current position).

Kazunobu Iijima joined GREE, Inc. (now GREE Holdings, Inc.) as outside director in September 2012. He joined Mitsubishi Corporation in April 1972. Subsequently, he joined Fuji Television Network, Inc. (now Fuji Media Holdings, Inc.), where he served as executive officer and executive director of corporate planning department. He was appointed as president & CEO of The Sankei Building Co., Ltd. (current position) in June 2012.

Michinori Mizuno joined GREE, Inc. (now GREE Holdings, Inc.) as outside director in September 2023. He joined CBS Sony Group Inc. (now Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc.) in April 1981 and was appointed representative director and president of Sony Creative Products Inc. in February 2003. Subsequently, he has served as representative director, executive officer and president of Sony Music Communications Inc. (now Sony Music Solutions Inc.), representative director and CEO of Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc., and executive officer of Sony Corporation (now Sony Group Corporation). In June 2020, he was appointed chairman of the board of Sony Music Foundation (current position).

He joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation (now NIPPON TELEGRAPH AND TELEPHONE CORPORATION) in April 1983. Then he joined DDI CORPORATION (now KDDI CORPORATION) in March 1991 and was appointed executive officer and general manager of consumer business planning division in April 2015. In January 2018, he was appointed representative director and president of AEON HOLDINGS CORPORATION and in April 2020, he was appointed as full-time audit & supervisory board member at KDDI CORPORATION.

Then she joined Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan in September 2003, Advantage Partners LLP (now Advantage Partners, Inc.) in February 2006. In April 2013, she was appointed as associate professor at the School of Economics and Business Administration at Yokohama City University. In August 2022, she was appointed as visiting scholar at Stanford University, and in September 2023, she was appointed as associate professor at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Keio University (current position).
